The Team at WBG is or has been involved in a wide range of projects:
- Led a project to analyse the Value Proposition of the UK Asset Management Division of one of the world's largest Asset Managers. Interviewed clients and staff, and applied the results to our importance / performance tools and others to formulate a set of recommendations. This research was repeated a year later to assess progress and changes.
- Advised a Software Company on valuation and flotation. Advised it on increasing its value and profile among the investor community.
- Led a project to develop a Strategic Marketing Strategy in the alternative investment sector for an Independent Private and Merchant Bank.
- Advised a quoted Property Company on a possible delisting and advised on valuation issues arising .
- Advised a specialist Publishing Company on the valuation and sale of the business, including identification of acquirers.
- Prepared an Information Memorandum, a Management Valuation Document and a list of Target Acquirers for a Software Company.
- Advised a Consultancy considering raising further investment on the valuation of the business, and possible courses of action.
- Led the acquisition programme for a Private and Merchant Banking group.
- Arranged funding for a young company in the Exhibitions sector.
- Designed and implemented a balanced scorecard for an Insurance Company (£140m turnover).
- Designed a balance scorecard, performance measurement and management system for a leading Healthcare Company (£1.1bn turnover).
- Researched the benefits of a balanced approach to performance measurement in the Marcomms Industry.
- Advised a major UK Bank on the effects of future macro changes in its market on its strategy for savings and investments.
- Led a project to improve profitability by examining service delivery and operational efficiency in a small Leisure Company.
